1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our online and blended learning programs, all sales are final. Once payment has been processed, RedTie Training does not offer refunds for:

2. Course Transfers

If you are unable to continue with a course due to unavoidable circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value.

  • Transfer approvals are subject to availability and our internal policies.

In rare cases where RedTie Training is unable to deliver a course as promised due to unforeseen events, we may offer:

This does not guarantee a refund, but we will make every effort to provide a fair resolution.
